Arc (by Circle) Airdrop: How to Claim ARC

Arc is the Layer 1 blockchain built by Circle, the USDC issuer. Its mainnet launched on September 16, 2026, with USDC as the gas token, and the same week Circle completed a 'genesis mint' of 10 billion ARC tokens. Circle explicitly says that mint 'is not a commitment to publicly launch ARC'. No airdrop, eligibility rule, or date exists. Why list it at all: Circle reports more than 75,000 Arc House community members, and the Arc testnet plus the Arc House points-and-badges program are free to join. If ARC is ever distributed to early users, that is where the record would be. Treat this strictly as speculative positioning behind a major, publicly traded company.

Token

ARC

Chain

Arc (Circle's Layer 1)

Est. value

Unknown — ARC exists but Circle has not committed to a public launch or any airdrop (speculative)

Effort

Low — periodic testnet activity and optional community participation

Cost note: The free path is the Arc testnet (free USDC from Circle's faucet) and the Arc House community. Using Arc mainnet costs real USDC for gas — optional, and not required for anything here.

Who's eligible

  • An EVM wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, or similar) with the Arc testnet added
  • Free testnet USDC from Circle's faucet — no real funds, no deposit
  • Optional: an Arc House community account

How to claim, step by step

  1. 1Start from the canonical site (verify the domain: arc.io — arc.network redirects there) and follow the testnet quickstart at docs.arc.io
  2. 2Claim free Arc testnet USDC at faucet.circle.com (select 'Arc Testnet')
  3. 3Use testnet apps and send transactions over time; you can check activity on explorer.arc.io
  4. 4Optionally join Arc House (community.arc.io) for its points, badges, courses, and events

Verified official link — checked September 26, 2026

How we verified it: Circle's own press release (circle.com/pressroom, September 16, 2026) names arc.io as the official site, confirms the Arc mainnet launch, the genesis mint of 10 billion ARC ('not a commitment to publicly launch ARC'), USDC-denominated network fees, and 75,000+ Arc House members. arc.io resolves ('Arc Platform | The economic OS for the internet') and links docs.arc.io, explorer.arc.io, community.arc.io, faucet.circle.com, and X @arc; arc.network redirects to arc.io. faucet.circle.com lists 'Arc Testnet' with USDC, EURC, and cirBTC. No airdrop announcement exists, so the entry is speculative. We strip referral codes; this link is clean. Still — type it yourself if anything feels off.

https://www.arc.io

Scam watch for this airdrop: Arc is a Circle product, so its name will be cloned constantly. The only domains are arc.io (and its subdomains docs, explorer, community, portal, studio), the older arc.network, which redirects to arc.io, and Circle's own faucet.circle.com. X: @arc. There is no ARC claim, presale, or 'early access sale' open to the public — any such page is fake, and no Circle or Arc page will ask for your seed phrase.

Our risk notes

  • No airdrop has been announced, and Circle says the ARC genesis mint is not a commitment to launch the token publicly
  • Free: the testnet uses faucet USDC with no value; mainnet use (real USDC gas) is optional and not needed
  • Aggregators publish ARC tokenomics and sale figures we could not confirm from Circle's own materials — ignore numbers that don't come from circle.com or arc.io
